Lions at Work
PANTRY PARTNERS
In April, 2021 The Norman Lions Club donated a refrigerator, a computer with monitor, a 3-in-1 printer, and a cornhole game to the local non-profit organization Pantry Partners. Located at 715 W. Gray, Pantry Partners provides the often-overlooked needy teenagers in Norman with food items for the home, school and hygienic supplies, and a safe place to read, study, socialize, or get a snack to eat.
VISION DEVICE PRESENTATION:
On May 17, 2019 the Norman Lions Club presented a vision assistive device to Norman North High School student Nima Pajoh. This device will allow Nima to be able to read better, but also view labels when shopping and look at small objects when out and about. It is very small and portable, so it can go with him anytime and anywhere.
