Pre-payment required. NO payments at the gate.
Market Day Information - BATHURST SHOWGROUND
• Arrival: Gates open 6:00 am. Be ready to trade by 8:00 am.
• Friday Setup: You may set up on Friday 2–4 pm (please advise us).
• Vehicles: Wait for the Ground Marshal to guide you. No vehicles may remain in the pavilions.
• Equipment: Bring your own tables, chairs, and gazebo (if using one indoors).

WHEN AND WHERE ARE THE RIVERSIDE MARKETS HELD
The markets are held at Berry Park, Bathurst on the first Saturday of each month, except January. The December Christmas Market is held at the Bathurst Showground also on the first Saturday.
Times:
FEBRUARY, MARCH, APRIL, MAY, OCTOBER, NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER: 8AM - 1PM
JUNE, JULY, AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER: 9AM - 1PM
$25 PER SITE & $30 FOR A POWERED SITE

BOOKINGS CLOSE: 8.00pm on the Friday before the market.

CANCELLATION OF THE MARKETS
In the event of inclement weather, the state of the grounds is carefully assessed to ensure the safety and accessibility for all. Even if there is no rain on the day, previous rainfall may leave the grounds too wet for vehicle and pedestrian access. If such conditions arise and the Bathurst Showground is available, the market will be relocated to the pavilions to ensure continuity and convenience for both stallholders and attendees.
Cancellation of the markets will be posted on the two Riverside Market Facebook pages.
