Club Business Meetings
The Middletown Lions Club holds twice monthly meetings for the Members to plan and coordinate Club activities on the local level. A Board of Director’s meeting is held monthly to oversee the activities of the Club which is a 501©(3) non-profit. Working with other Clubs in Maryland, larger projects are conducted, along with an annual District Convention. The Club also sends delegates to the International Lions Club Convention each year. Club Members financially support the operation of the Club, and it’s responsibilities to support the District and International Lions organization.
Fundraising Events
The Club supports a growing list of activities to raise money from the community to support the Charities listed above. These monies are collected into an entirely separate Foundation account and all proceeds from these efforts are returned to the community.
