Assistance Application

McHenry/Wonder Lake Lions Club provides---
        eye glasses and hearing aids to needy families.

 The McHenry/Wonder Lake Lions Club is pleased to partner with the McHenry School systems (15,156),Harrison School in Wonder Lake (36), and Greenwood School (200) in Greenwood.  Students are referred by school district personnel to the McHenry/Wonder Lake Lions Club Social Services Chair.  Glasses are provided to students whose families demonstate financial need.

When funds are available, adults with a McHenry or Wonder Lake address who demonstrate financial need and who are referred by community agencies are considered for assistance with eye glasses.  

When funds are available, children and adults with limited financial resources are considered for hearinfg aid assistance in cooperation with the Lions of Illinois Foundation.
