There are three routes: the Grimshaw Grueller a 116 km course (Grade 3 British Cycling) taking into account hills and plains and the Bolly Bash mainly a flat course of over 76km - both start 8am - with a 20km ride off road on a disused railway path which starts from 9am and is very popular with families. There are food stations at the start and on the course. Also BBQ refreshments and bar. A beefburger and a drink at the finish. The event starts and finishes at Adelphi Mill, Grimshaw Lane., Bollington, Cheshire, SK10 5JB
