MD means, a Multiple District. Our multiple district encompasses 11 districts that are spread across New York State, as well as the country of Bermuda. New York Lions Clubs are thrilled and honored that Bermuda wants to be part of our 'Multiple'. It is one of the largest multiples in the United States.
