Recycle eyeglasses with Louisa Lions Club

The Lions Club eyeglasses donation box  that for many years has been located at the Louisa Food Lion has been refurbished and is back in its former place. It has been painted a bright yellow with contrasting Lions logo and blue lettering. The refurbishment was accomplished by donated time and work by Eric Smith owner of the "Coachworks" in Louisa, paint from Dickie Ellis owner of "Louisa Auto Parts", and the lettering from Diane Greene, co-owner of "Rainbow Graphics" located in Mineral.

The Louisa County Lions Club would like to thank them for their generous support of our Eyeglass collection effort.  The local area Lions Clubs recycled over 2,000 eyeglasses annually.
