Come along to the monthly meeting in the Llantonian Hall. Talks about  all sorts of things , have a cup of tea  , relax  ,  get help and advice  from others in the same situation  and take part if you want to . There is no ongoing commitment . Come and see for yourself

The monthly meetings are on the third Tuesday of the month at 2pm in the Llantonian Hall, Boverton Rd, Llantwit Major CF61 1TG and last for a couple of hours .
