Our Lions Club is a "working club". We have and seek members who are interested in positively contributing to their community and who are willing to "roll up their sleeves" to make projects successful. We use proceeds from our Live Oak Lions Charities fund raising activities and our valued donors to help local visually and hearing impaired children, adults, and senior citizens. We assist them in obtaining needed care, glasses and hearing aids that they otherwise could not afford for school, on the job, or needed for simple daily functioning. Last year Live Oak Lions made it possible for over 90 fellow Suwannee community citizens to obtain eye care and glasses. Live Oak Florida Lions Charities is a registered charitable organization. Gifts and Contributions from donors are tax deductible.
