Local Girl Elected President

Local girl Maureen Ratcliffe  who was born and bred in Leigh, has been elected as President of Leigh Lions Club.

Lion President Maureen who was formerly known as Gill has lived in Leigh all her life and her father was the landlord of the famous 'Standard Mower ' Public House in Leigh. She has been actively involved in Church and Community events for many years.
