We need to come up with Zone prize. $20/zone winner and a

certificate. Our club prizes?

10. Leeward Oahu Club Fundraisers – Lions Heather and Erica
a. Cookie Corner – still on-going; shooting for springtime.

b. Bentos from Laverne – depending on the choice of entrees,

still trying to figure out what they will do for our needs.

c. Jolene’s Restaurant - nothing yet. The manager went on

vacation.

The customer would mention that he/she is supporting Leeward

Oahu Lions and we get a percentage of their payment.

11. Leeward Oahu Lions’ Club Newsletter – Lion Susan
Will be working on it. Submit articles – deadlines:

before Halloween in pdf format.

Parade cancelled.

A. Endorsement of Lion Lori Inouye-Yamashita
Moved by Lion Gail seconded by Lion Susan. Motion sustained.

Lion Erica did write the letter of endorsement.

B. Lions Club of Honolulu’s Virtual 95ᵗʰ Charter Celebration,

Oct. 16, 2021 Lions Gail and Virginia attending. It was moved

by Lion Gail to give $100

to the Lions Club of Honolulu as our club gift, seconded by

Lion Heather.

Motion sustained.
