Lansing Host Lions is a club of dedicated men and women who have been serving the Lansing area since the club's founding in 1920. The club's focus is on the local Lansing community with special emphasis on sight related projects.

We are developing, organizing and funding a new and exciting project, the Lansing Lions Sensory Garden at Potter Park Zoo.

Lansing Lions stage the annual Silver Bells in the City parade  each November, drawing over 100,000 people to downtown Lansing.

We hold KidSight vision screenings for preschool aged children and we assist low income individuals in acquiring new glasses.

We helped to establish the Giant Eye display at Impression 5 Science Center.

We ran the 50-50 drawing for the Midwest Blind Bowling Association Tournament.

Members meet on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month for lunch, commaraderie and an informational program at the Michigan Museum of Surveying. Prospective new members are welcome.

Lions Clubs International is the world's largest service club organization with more than 1.4 million members in approximately 46,000 clubs in more than 200 countries and geographical areas around the world.
