Jessie Baird was recently elected president of the Lakewood First Lions Club for 2025–26. Jessie brings a wealth of experience and a big heart to the role. She is a retired Army Reserve Command Sergeant Major with 36 years of service, as well as a retired Supervisory Budget Analyst for I Corps, where she served 32 years with the Department of the Army. She also volunteers on the board of the American Lake Veterans Golf Course. Jessie holds an MBA and several financial management certifications, and her fun-loving, caring spirit shines through in all she does—for both her family and the Lakewood community.
