Join in the fight against childhood cancer

Every year, more than 950 children are diagnosed with cancers, three will die from cancer every week. While 60 years ago cancer was a death sentence, today 8 out of 10 children survive thanks to medical research. Unfortunately, though, cure rates for a number of childhood cancers have not improved significantly over this time.

This makes cancer the biggest killer of children in Australia and only intense research in this field will help to change this.

Every year we participate in the Lions Childhood Cancer Biggest BBQ to raise funds for this cause, usually at one of our regular Bunnings BBQs at the Kawana Bunnings store.  More information will be provided closer to the event.
