Appeal for Fund for Victims of the Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippine

Dear Presidents,

I believed that we knew that the deadly Haiyan Typhoon has swept across the Philippines on Friday destroying a town and killing 1,200 people there. Along its way it destroyed many properties, cutting off communications and many people were displaced and lost their loved ones and belongings.

At the Singapore OSEAL banquet on last Saturday Night, the Lions and delegates present there managed to raise about US500,000 for the the victims in the Philippines.

This is the time where we Lions from our District 308B1 will come together to collect funds to help to rebuild Leyte province of the Philippines. I hope that all of you Presidents will initialte a collection for this which we can hand over to them at a later date.

I trust that all your members will support this very noble cause and join me to offer our condolences to those who perished and pray that those who are displaced will be able to return to their normal lives again as soon as possible.

We look forward to be of service to the less fortunate and those who suffered from this calamity.

各位会长， 大家好 。

我相信，大家都知道，上周五致命的”海燕”台风席卷菲律宾摧毁多个小镇，造成数千人死亡。随着”海燕”的破坏，它摧毁了许多建筑物，令许多人流离失所，失去了亲人和财物。

在这一刻，我们308B1区狮子会必须站在一起，伸出援助之手，慷慨解囊，以帮助重建菲律宾莱特省。我希望，各位会长将发动筹集捐款，帮助灾民，做出富有意义的壮举。

我热切希望，所有的狮子会成员将支持这个崇高的事业，并一起哀悼那些不幸在台风灭亡的受害者，及真诚祈祷那些流离失所的人将能够尽快再次回到他们的正常生活。

我们期待你能为那些不幸在这场灾难中遭受台风影响严重的灾民，贡献有意义的服务。

LIONS CHILDREN CAMP 2013

大家好！
Dear All,
Our District 308B1 had organized, for the first time, the Lions Children Camp 2012 last year and the camp was a successful one and well-liked by all the kids participated.  We also had received positive feedback from parents and Lions members who had sponsored and contributed to our 2012 camp in one way or another.
去年在我们前区总监陈辉狮长大力的支持之下，我们成功的举办了首届的区会儿童假日生活营。并获得了非常值得鼓励的佳绩， 以及父母与各参与赞助儿童的分会的好评。

We are glad that with the District continuous support, we are back! The Children Camp is back!
Now, Lions Children Camp 2013 is open for registration.
今年，我们非常感谢区会和区总监刘丁财狮长继续大力的支持这项令儿童获益良多的活动，2013年度的儿童假日生活营现已开始接受报名！

Dear Club President, Secretary & Treasurer,

Club must conduct an Annual General Meeting (AGM) and submit the necessary Annual Returns and Financial statement  (Between 60 days after AGM) to the Registrar of Societies. 

This is to inform due to ROS electronic system just introduced this year, the Registrar of Societies has extend the Club Annual Report Submission till Dec 2013.

Kindly refer the Below Electronic System guideline for your reference:

Langkah 1 (Step 1)

DAFTAR PENGGUNA (Register and on line Password Application)

1) Log in www.eroses.gov.my

2) Select Daftar Pengguna

    Key in (nama, no I/C & E-mail Secretary data)

3) ROS system will send the password to Secretary email address

4) Read E-mail, copy the Temporary Password (Active the Account)

5) Copy kata Laluan sementara dan klik pada pautan

 Click on “sila klik disini untuk mengaktifkan akaun anda’ (Active the Password   before     enter  into ROS on line system)

6) Masukkan kata laluan sementara (Temporary password provide by ROS) dan tukar kepada kata laluan yang baru (Change new password)

Langkah 2 (Step 2)

LOG MASUK (Log in the System)

1)  Log in www.eroses.gov.my.

2)  Select Log Masuk (Log in)

     Key in Secretary I/C number

3)  Click  “Setuju”

4)  Refer to right top [Profil] [Pertubuhan] [Perlembagaan] [Rayuan]

     Click on [Pertubuhan]

5)  Select and Click [Pembaharuan Setiausaha] at the right of the screen

6)  Click at “(+) tambah pembharuan setiausaha”

7)  Masukkan no ppm pertubuhn terkini (Key in number club ppm number)

     Contoh: ppm-011-14-25102010 (New ppm must get from ROS Department)

8)  Klik pautan “ seterusnya” (Click Continue)

9)  Kemaskini maklumat setiausaha (Key in Secretary info data)

10) Kemaskini 5 Makulumat asas Perlembaggan ( Key in info club data.Ex: date of AGM meeting conduct)

11) Menunggu Kelulusan (Wait for Approval. Process of Approval need 4 to 5 days. ROS department will send the approval thru Secretary email)

 Langkah 3 (Step 3)

KEMASKINI MAKLUMAT MESYUARAT AGUNG (ANNUAL AGM REPORTING)

1)  Log in www.eroses.gov.my.

2)  Select Log Masuk (Log in)

      Key in Secretary I/C number

3)  Click  “Setuju”

4)  Refer to right top [Profil] [Pertubuhan] [Perlembagaan] [Rayuan]

     Click on [Pertubuhan]

5)  Klik pada tanda - Pencil (Select and Click on)  

6)  Klik pada pautan ajk, dan kemaskini maklumat ajk terlebih dahulu dan klik simpan (Select and click of Club BOD members, key in and updata the data and click save)

 7)  Kemaskini Maklumat Pertubuhan (Key in club info data)

8)  Penyata Kewangan (Annual Club Financial Report)

9)  Juruaudit (Auditor info data)

10) Cetak maklumat pertubuhan (Print the report)

·         Send (courier) to Organizing Secretariat, *Address stated in Camp Info & Facilities file.

·         Scan and send the Individual Registration Form and the bank-in slip in soft copy via email to lionsb1yescamp2013@gmail.com

3) Call up the organizing Secretariat, IF you have not received any email or SMS of CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT of your application/s, 10 DAYS AFTER you have sent in your application/s!
