Stock Car Parking and Clean Up

The Lions Club of Huntly facilitate the Car parking and clean up duties for the Huntly Stock and Saloon Car Club.  The fortnightly car club meetings offer fundraising opportunities for local organisations.

Prior the the season commencing the Huntly Lions advertise in the local publications for expressions of interest from community groups.

Firewood

The recent purchase of a woodsplitter and donations of standing trees has ensured that Huntly Lions have a reliable supply of firewood for the coming winter.

Split and delivered firewood is available at $120.00 per trailer load by phoning 828 7014

Helping Other Organisations

During the year the club members have provided manpower for collections for various organisations; ie, Arthritis Foundation; Blind Instute; Red Puppy; Heart Foundation, to name a few. We also provide manpower for the Pink Ribbon Walk, a fund raiser for Breast Cancer.
