The Harrow and Pinner Lions visited Jack’s Place (Children’s Ward) at Northwick Park Hospital, London on 26 Aug 2022.
The staff were delighted to take delivery of 6 portable DVD players with many DVDs, 2 bubble machines and 3 bubble guns with plenty of buble solution and lots of tubs of Playdough and crayons!
We were told these items will help distract the young patients when they are going through difficult procedures.

We were pleased to be able to visit and view the End of Treatment bell that Harrow & Pinner Lions donated to Jacks Place at Northwick Park Hospital. It was great to meet the staff there and learn that 4 children had rung the bell today; with some heart warming comments on the joy the children express at the end of their treatment.  Thanks to all who support us in our efforts to raise funds.
