A Unique Way to Serve!

On August 8th, the Grimsby Lions helped maintain the venu site and serve lunch to over 1600 vacationing cyclists from Quebec.

The friendly group from Velo Quebec kept us busy. The weather...ideal!
"Table de Troc" location shown in the photo was a place for cyclists to take, exchange or donate food items from their box lunch...a great way to reduce food waste. At the end of the day several bags of pears and nectarines were donated to our local food bank.
