Gresham Lions Annual Halloween Party

October 31, 2024 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

The Gresham Lions have hosted a Halloween party for the community children for well over forty years. The party was held in the Gresham Community School gymnasium. Now the party consists of bags of candy handed out at the Catholic Church, on Main Street in Gresham. The party is planned for pre-school children through grade six. Check the Gallery pages for photos of past parties. The Village Trick or Treat hours are scheduled for 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Gresham Lions: Winter Carnival - January 25, 2025

The Gresham Lions Winter Carnival is an annual event for over sixty years. Fishing Contest, Giant Show Kites (weather permitting) throughout the day. In the Gresham Lions stand there will be snacks, food and beverages. Everyone is asked to purchase raffle tickets to support the event. The major raffle is drawn in late afternoon/early evening (6 PM). Proceeds from the event help fund several projects including: park development, scholarships and donations to the Wisconsin Lions Camp in Rosholt

Front page -- Shawano Leader - 02/05/2021 Mike (Michael Sherman) lands on the front page! Too bad this wasn't the video edition... he and Bob could have wrapped it all up!!

Nice to see color photos in the Shawano Leader... there could have been many pages of the Wisconsin Kiters' kites... maybe next year! Don't forget: the last Saturday of January, 2023.

Senior Class Night

March 10th, 2025 – Dinner at 7:00PM - Captain's Cove Restaurant

The Gresham Lions have hosted the male members of the senior class of Gresham H.S. every spring for over thirty years. In 2016 the entire class was invited to attend the meeting. This new tradition has continued, with all members of the Senior Class invited as guests of the Lions. The students experience a club meeting, and a guest speaker along with a delicious supper.

The Gresham Lions helped to support the Gresham Little League purchase of a new scoreboard. Here are a few photos of the team and scoreboard:
