The Gilbert Lions Club is looking for volunteers to join us as Lions.  If you would like to join in supporting children's vision in Maricopa County, if you are a health care provider, school nurse, teacher, parent, student, fundraiser, marketing expert, potential vision screener, organizer, cheerleader or just want to help, we need your skills!  Print the application below, fill it out and scan it into your computer or take a photo with your phone and email it to sandik56@yahoo.com.  We will review your application and contact you.  All applicants must be approved prior to acceptance as Lions.  If you have any questions, please call Lion Sandi Willard at (602) 402-2230.
