Harbor History Museum Blog--The Gig Harbor Lions Club, 

NOVEMBER 6, 2014.  The Harbor History Museum in Gig Harbor has posted a nice article about the Gig Harbor Lions Club.  The charter members of the Gig Harbor Lions Club in 1931 were actually the founding fathers of the early community of Gig Harbor!   Have a look!

In 1973, Lions Clubs International Foundation created  the Melvin Jones Fellowship. This fellowship is presented to honor Lions who have demonstrated the highest levels of humanitarian service.
