Some of the activities that the Gates Greece Lions have participated in:

• Collection of used glasses and hearing aids to repurpose for those in need
• Thanksgiving and Christmas baskets
• Provided glasses and magnifying devices to those in need.
• Vision screening of elementary school children
• Donated funds to the library for large print and audio books for the blind and visually impaired
• Scholarships for high school seniors who show emphasis on service and volunteering in the community
• Loan medical equipment like walkers and wheelchairs to the community
• Sent Christmas stockings to military members overseas
• Volunteered at the 2015 BEEP Baseball World Series and 2018 Beast of the East tournament and provided gift bags to the visually impaired beep baseball players
• Sponsored Halloween party at a Senior Center
• Bingo at a nursing home
• Cooked food for school baseball game.
• Prepared food packages for overseas mission.
