Lions Cash Calendar - Our Lions club has an annual cash calendar. When you purchase a calendar for $20, your name goes into a weekly draw of $40 for two times a week, and once a month there is an extra draw which varies in prize amount. Fort Macleod Lions Campground - Located North of Fort Macleod on Highway 811. The 2026 camping season will open in May. Watch our for our Face book group. Please watch our calendar for opening day details!
Christmas Market - Our club organizes the craft markets that coincides with the Annual Santa Claus Parade. We welcome table vendors. Everyone is welcome to come and see what is available. Watch our calendar for details.
CLERC - Canadian Lions Eyeglass Recycle Center provides recycled eyewear free of charge to people in developing countries. Please drop off your used glasses at the Welcome Mat, Fort Pharmacy, Optical Studio, both clinics at the Health Care Center or contact a club member.
Santa Claus Parade - The Fort Macleod Lions club marshalls the Santa Claus Parade in Fort Macleod, which falls on the last Saturday of November. It is the largest Santa Claus Parade west of Toronto. Come and enjoy all the festiviites.
Lions Maple Leaf Project - Our Lions club participates in the Lions Foundation of Canada, Maple Leaf Project. We distribute flags and certificates to the Grade One students at W A Day and Granum Schools. We explain about our flag and country and let them know why we are proud to live in Canada.
Canada Day Pancake Breakfast - Join the Fort Macleod Lions Club for a free pancake breakfast every Canada Day. Non-perishable food and cash donations are greatfully accepted in support of our local food bank. Watch our calendar for location details.
Highway Clean-up - Every May we join many other clubs and organizations in the Alberta Highway Clean-up.
Pet Valu Walk for Dog Guides - The Fort Macleod Lions has an annual pancake breakfast to help raise funds to go toward our Lions of Canada Dog Guides
