Welcome! The Fairwood Lions have been serving the Fairwood area of Renton and beyond since 1969. See below for more information on our club, projects, and fundraisers. 

40th Annual Christmas Tree Sale A Success!

The Fairwood Lions Club Christmas tree sale is now closed for the season! Thanks to your generous support, we will be able to fund our many local, national, and international service projects in 2025 and beyond. 

If finding new ways to serve the community is on your new years resolution list, we welcome service minded community members to join us in our work of serving a world in need one act of kindness at a time. About Us

Our primary fund raiser -  We sell Christmas trees! Profits from this sale fund our project work. Yes we can always use help in this project.

The projects we fund and other services we do:

  1. Have fun helping others
  2. We donate to the Renton and Maple Valley Food Banks. Additonally, we cvolunteer at the Maple Valley Food Bank.
  3. Sight and Hearing - We provide glasses and hearing aids to those in need in our community.
  4. Clothing Bank
  5. Clothing to Youth in Need in our community 
  6. Road Clean up in our community.
  7. Lions Giving Library - Books given to pre-K, elementary, middle, and high school students to promote literacy.
  8. Boys and Girls State program via the American Legion.
  9. We fund baseball teams at the CVAC youth program.
  10. Health Screening Van.
  11. Challenge Air program for children with physical and mental challenges
  12. Wreaths Across America.  Honoring American Veterans.
  13. Donations to local/National and International Disasters.
  14. Vine Maple Place - Transitional housing and taining for broken families with children.
  15. We fund needs that arise in our community, country and world.
  16. Free Wheel Chair program
  17. Canine Companions program.

Join Us

  • We are looking for service minded people to help be a positive piece of our community. 
  • Military Veterans are granted a one year free membership in our club.

Business Meetings

We meet the first and third Wednesday of each month at the Golden Peacock located at 14412 SE Petrovitsky Rd Renton, WA 98058
