Each year, the Night of Giving in May marks the Essex Lions' proudest moment, when all our fundraising efforts throughout the year are distributed to local and global community non-profits. It’s a heartfelt occasion, as we hear inspiring stories of how the funds are used to make a real difference. Donations received support important international Lions causes, such as humanitarian efforts, diabetes, vision care, hunger relief, childhood cancer research, disaster relief, environmental initiatives, and youth services. We are deeply grateful to have a hand in supporting each of these vital causes. Though our club may be small, our vision is mighty—and it’s with your support that we are able to continue this important work. We couldn’t do it without our community all sharing their support, and for that, we are truly thankful.
