The East Providence Club is currently or has recently supported the following organizations and their efforts: 

  • Scholarship Foundation of East Providence
  • The holiday Adopt-a-Family program (administered by the East Bay Community Action Program)
  • The Groden Network
  • Rhode Island Lions District 42 Sight Foundation
  • The East Providence Winterfest celebration
  • The annual Watchemoket Square Day (in conjunction with the East Providence Chamber of Commerce)
  • The East Providence Arts Festival
  • Rhode Island Lions Cancer in Children Fund
  • The Boys and Girls Club of East Providence
  • The East Providence Senior Center
  • The St. Vincent DePaul Walk-a-Thon

Since the club was chartered in 1961, this is only a partial listing. In past years the club has sponsored youth athletic programs, a tree planting project coordinated by the city, Christmas parties, heating oil assistance, fundraising dinners for specific causes, and many other activities.
