Club Projects

Lions Service Projects:

• Vision Screening (Lead-Lion Chris at culberson32750@yahoo.com)—opportunities to provide vision screening for individuals from 6 months of age to adults—training to use the equipment is required.
• Social Events (Lead-Lion Cheryl at moredich@sbcglobal.net)—assists with providing opportunities for club members to have fun!
• SoZo Kids Meals (Lead-Lion Bill at bdrd00@gmail.com)—serving after school meals for children in the Ocala National Forest that have very limited resources.
• VOSH Eyeglass Sorting (Lead-Lion Jim at jrd12155@yahoo.com)—sorting glasses and socialization with club members to support the work of Dr. Anderson who provides care to our Vision Screening persons who are identified as needing eye care such as glasses, cataracts, etc.
• VIP Club Collaboration (Lead-Lion Charlie at cbhjr48@yahoo.com)—serving to build a collaboration between our club and the VIP Club that is just in its beginning stages to support and have fun with individuals who are active but need assistance through your vision ability.
• Fundraising (Lead-Lion Connie at swvagirl55@yahoo.com)—many choices to serve in Fundraising opportunities such as Bingo, Willie Jewel’s, White Cane Day, Terry Lynn, and additional ideas.

Lions Fundraising Projects:

• White Cane Days

• Terri Lynn Candy & Nuts
• Resturant Sales Cooridnation (% of event day proceeds to club)
• As a new club, members are determining additional fundraising activities

ALL Funds collected from the community are returned to the local and world communities in need!
