Secretary’s Minutes – September 2025
Motion to accept Secretary’s Minutes: 1st – Lion K. Mutzabaugh; 2nd – Lion C. Brown
All members present voted in favor of the motion.
Treasurer’s Report – Lion Tim Myers
Motion to accept Treasurer’s Report: 1st – Lion S. Fuller; 2nd – Lion T. Singer

COMMITTEES:
Campground – Lion J. McKensie/Lion K. Mutzabaugh
Electrical Pole down in Campground. Will work on having it fixed.
Campground Finance Report – Lion T. Singer
$505 collected from the dump station and ice machine. Lion T. Singer has more money to hand over.
Clubhouse – Lion Shawn Fuller
Lion R. Warfel mentioned doing a bug bomb. Volunteers will be needed to help clean up clubhouse. This includes wiping things down, cleaning windowsills, etc.
Eyeglasses – Lion Tim Myers

Fundraising – Lion Cherie Stokes / Lion Penny Mutzabaugh
$265 in ticket sales since the last meeting. Lion Ron will be adding Lion Charlene Brown to fundraising.
Membership – Lion Scott Warfel
New memberships – All 5 memberships have been paid and accepted.

V. Old Business:
Lion R. Warfel will be picking up completed taxes.
The new water restriction sign is finished and will be picked up by Lion R. Warfel.
Campground picnic was held on September 27th – There were 60 attendees (22 guest and 38 campground members. No proceeds from dunk tank, only the children used it.
VI. New Business:
Duncannon Halloween Parade on Oct. 26th – Roger Williams is asking for a donation for the parade. Motion made to donate $1,500. 1st – Lion S. Fuller, 2nd – Lion K. Mutzabaugh
New Years Eve – Weather permitting, volunteers will be needed to serve hot dogs to the community. Let Lion R. Warfel know if interested. Motion made to do New Years Eve. 1st – Lion Cliff Brown, 2nd – Lion S. Fuller
There will be no meeting in December
VIII. Upcoming:
2026 Lease Changes- Campground Committee and Board to discuss further. Some changes will be made.
Tree Trimming – Campground Committee will be getting quotes/bids. Must be licensed and insured. Would like to have done before camping season starts.
Campground Committee Meeting: November 1st at 10 a.m.
