Water spigots were fixed where needed. Lion R. Warfel will be ordering inserts for some spigots so they won’t need replacement.

The Committee me with Curt Alleman to discuss future online and other fundraising. More information to come.
Duck Derby tickets are ready. See Lion C. Stokes to get yours. If anyone has ideas or knows of a business to send donation letters to, please let Lion C. Stokes know.
Prom 2026 was a success. Attendees all had a great time and would like to have it again next year.

V. Old Business:
Scholarship – There has been no returned call from the high school.
Raffle on the Hill – The brick donated by DLC has been ordered and the monetary donation has been made.
Wood chips are still available
Committee Sign Up – tonight is the last night to select a committee.
VI. New Business:
Committee Sign Up – New president will select and committees will be effective in July.
Elections – Lion Myers made a motion that all positions remain the same.
All members present voted in favor of the motion.
10X30 tent – Lion R. Warfel knows of someone willing to donate a tent. Members agreed to taking the tent and discussed options of artificial turf or stones for under the tent. Also discussed renting space to camp members. Further discussions in the future.
Water in Clubhouse – Lion R. Warfel wants to get the water turned back on in the Clubhouse since we have more members present at meetings. Volunteers are needed on Saturday to check for leaks.
Grant – Lion C. Stokes emailed Lion Kathy Fouse at the PA Lions Foundation regarding a grant to make some updates to the Clubhouse. She will meet with Lion R. Warfel to go over the grant application, and a Grant Committee will be comprised to come up with priorities.
VIII. Upcoming:
Camp Picnic – September 19, 2026 – Lion K. Mutzabaugh will be calling to get the dunk tank again. The tent put up for the prom event will be left up for the season and used for the picnic. Michael Taylor has a water mister that the club can use as well.
