COMMITTEES:
Campground – Lion J. McKensie/Lion K. Mutzabaugh
Campground looks good for opening day. Stones have been spread throughout. There is mulch available to anyone who wants it. Volunteer Campground Cleanup will be at 5:00 p.m. March 25, 2026.
Campground Finance Report – Lion T. Singer

Clubhouse – Lion Shawn Fuller
Lion S. Fuller will be cleaning the clubhouse before lease signing. He will also be setting the trash out tonight for pickup.
Eyeglasses – Lion Tim Myers

Fundraising – Lion Charlene Brown/Lion C. Stokes / Lion P. Mutzabaugh
The Committee will be getting together to discuss new fundraising ideas with Curt Alleman soon. If anyone has ideas for fundraisers, please see a committee member.
Membership – Lion Scott Warfel

Public Relations – Lion Kim Maurer
DLC received a $30 donation in the name of Kevin Lynch.
Raffle on the Hill – We will be donating $150 for the brick. Also asking for donations. Motion to donate $3,000 ($1,000 for each association). 1st Lion S. Fuller; 2nd Lion Cliff Brown. Motion approved.
Perry County Sportsman Assoc – Requesting donation. Motion to donate $1,500. 1st S. Fuller; 2nd Scott Warfel. Motion approved.
Disaster Relief – Lion Ron Warfel
$400 in gift certificates given to the fire victims on School House Road. Motion to purchase more. 1st S. Fuller; 2nd K. Mutzabaugh. Motion approved
V. Old Business:
Governor’s dinner went well. 22 members attended.
VI. New Business:
Lease signing is March 28, 2026, at the Clubhouse from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Campground tree project is complete.
VFW Easter Egg Hunt – Motion to increase the donation to $400. 1st Lion P. Mutzabaugh; 2nd Lion C. Stokes
