On 20th July, 2017 Lions Club Delhi South arranged a BOD meeting at A-3, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi from 6 pm to 7 pm. In this meeting, there was a lengthy discussion on future planning of the club regarding future projects and collection of funds etc..

On 16th July, 2017 Club President Lion Amardeep Maini, Secretary Lion Jagdish Khurana and Treasurer Lion R.S. Goswami attended Lions Gurukul (PST Schooling) under the leadership of Distt. governor Lion Inderjeet Singh and other distinguished Lion leaders. President Lion Amardeep Maini, Secretary Lion Jagdish Khurana and Treasurer Lion R.S. Goswami were also given certificate of appreciation for commitment, loyalty and devotion.

Lion members of LC Delhi South honoured Lion jaspal Singh (immediate past president) for his services to the club, president Lion Amardeep Maini (2017-18) took blessings of Sr. Lion members at the residence of Lion Jaspal Singh in presence of Lion Ashok Tyagi, Lion K.C. Maini and other Lion members. In this meeting it was decided that first GBM of LC Delhi South would be held at Janakpuri Club on 08/07/2017 and handing over of charge to newly elected Committee would also take place.

First General Body Meeting of the Lions Club Delhi South was held on 8th July, 2017 and twenty six members attended the meeting. ZC Lion Lalit Mutreja was invited as chief guest. Three new members were also inducted by ZC Lion Lalit Mutreja. All the members were appreciated for their best services in past year. Lion Members also undertook to give their best in the present year 2017-18. BOD set the goals of the projects and services for the commencing year. It was also decided that general body meeting of the club will be held on the second Saturday of every month. Meeting was presided over by Lion Amardeep Maini (President). ZC Lion Lalit Mutreja encouraged all the lion members for service projects of the Distt. Meeting was adjourned with vote of thanks.

Second monthly general body/BOD meeting of Lions Club Delhi South was to be held on Saturday i.e. 02.08.2014, but it could not be held due to some reason and it was held on 16.08.2014 at 05:00 pm at A-3, Main Najafgarh Road, Opp. Metro Pillar No.659, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059. It was discussed in the meeting that joint installations of Zone-I Clubs i.e. Delhi South, Delhiites, Delhi Navyug will be done by 20.09.2014 and directory will also be prepared.

First General Body/Board of Directors Meeting of Lions Club Delhi South was held on 5th July 2014 at 04:30 pm at 217, Service Industry Building, District Centre, Janak Puri, New Delhi-110058. Fourteen lion members were present in this meeting. The new body of our Lions Club Delhi South was welcomed, it is decided that three projects will be done in the memory of Late Lion Pawan Chaudhary PDG. Our club member Lion Ashok Kumar Tyagi is representing the Region as Region Chairperson and this is a honour for the club. The next monthly meeting will be held on 2nd August 2014.

Lions Club Delhi South has organized a monthly meeting of Board of Directors and General Bodies on 14.06.2014 at 11:00 am in Metro Restaurant, Main Najafgarh Road, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059. The meeting was headed by Lion K.K. Chugh Chartered Secretary of the Club. The twenty five members of Lions Club Delhi South who attended the meeting were welcomed and new President, Vice-President, Second Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary and Joint-Secretary are selected for new terms of Lionistic Year 2014-15. Lunch was also served by Lion Ashok Kumar Tyagi who has been nominated as Region Chairperson for the Lionistic Year 2014-15.

Monthly meeting of Board of Directors and GBM of Lions Club Delhi South of April 2014 could not held on first Saturday 05.04.2014 so the monthly meeting was held on 27.04.2014 from 03:00 pm to 04:00 at Sukhdham Auditorium, Sri Vrindavan, U.P. In this meeting fifteen lion members were present and decided that in the next meeting held as per schedule on first Saturday 03.05.2014 at A-3, Main Najafgarh Road, Opp. Metro Pillar No.659, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059 for election and selection of the Club Officers for the term 2014-15 and accordingly prescribed Performa of LCI PU-101 will be forwarded to International Lions Club.

Monthly meeting of Board of Directors and GBM of Lions Club Delhi South was held on 01.03.2014 and twenty lion members were present and decided to cooperate with Region Conference to be held on 14.03.2014 at D-Mall Radisson, Bhera Enclave, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi and incurred expense of Rs.25,000/- [Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only] in it. All the lion members with family will attend this conference and cooperate in it.

General Body Meeting of Lions Club Delhi South was held on 1st December 2013 at Dashrath Puri, Palam, New Delhi and also held service project in old Pitaji Vridh Asharam, B-1/1, Dashrath Puri, Palam, New Delhi and served 47 old and infirm persons by woolen blankets, food items and diapers etc. on the occasion of birthday of Lion Jaivir Singh and child Dhurav Jain son of Lion S.S. Jain and members of the Lions Club Delhi South were present in this meeting.
Fifth General Board of Meeting of Lions Club Delhi South was held on 4th November 2013 at 07:00 pm at S.K. Shalimar Party Hall, 3rd Floor, Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi-110088. This meeting could not be held on 2nd November 2013 at A-3, Main Najafgarh Road, Opp. Metro Pillar No.659, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059 due to festivals. Master PRO of District Lion Yash Pal Arora, Cabinet Secretary Lion Vivek Sheel Thukral and Lion Inderjeet Singh also participated in this meeting and supervise, observe and guided the members of the club. Installation of the club will jointly be held with all clubs i.e. Lion Club Azadpur, Lion Club Meridian, Lion Club Navyug, Lion Club New Delhi West Hari Nagar & Lion Club Paschim Vihar Saphire on 14th November 2013 from 07:00 pm onwards at S.K. Shalimar Party Hall, Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi-110088. All the previous projects and activities were summarized and discussed the future projects to be planned.

First General Body Meeting of the Lions Club Delhi South was held on 06.07.2013 and fifteen members attended the meeting. In the last year, our club has got seven Awards from the region and three Awards from the district for the best services done by the members in the society. All the members were appreciated for their best services and has also undertook to give their best services in the present year 2013-14. We have set the goals of the projects and services for the commencing year. Our one Lion members Shri Devraj Badhwar aged about 80 years has left this world on 27.06.2013 and served lions club for about thirty years. All the members kept silent for two minutes and prayed for the peace of departed soul and all the members inspired by his services and commitments of lionism. Ten members agreed to give a cheque of Rs.7,100/- each for the services of Ambassador of the humanity of the district. Three cheques has been received on that day and the remaining cheques from seven members will be collected by secretary and deposited in district account. All the members has also given the subscription of the dues of the International and District for the year of 2013-14. All the dues and international and district will be cleared very soon by the treasurer. It is also decided that the next meeting of the club will be held on the first Saturday of every month. It is also agreed that a cheque of Rs.21,000/- as donation will be given by our club to relief fund of Uttrakhand disasters. Meeting adjourned with vote of thanks.

Monthly meeting of Board of Directors of Lion Club Delhi South was held on 1st Saturday i.e. 03.08.2013 at 04:30 pm at its Office in Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059. Sixteen members were present in the meeting. The meeting was started with “Ish-Vandana” and thereafter new members were welcomed. introduction of members ceremony was also performed. Lion K.L. Pahuja Club Treasurer informed the members that our Club has cleared the International Dues and the District Dues. $1 per member donation to LCIF was made vide receipt No.405 on dated 02.08.2013. Mr. Sandeep Badhwar son of Late Senior Lion Devraj Badhwar also joined our club as active member and promised to serve the society. It was decided by the members of club that two members namely Lion Ramesh Kumar Jain and Lion Swadesh Kumar Goswami who had not cleared their club dues be dropped with immediate effect. Meeting was adjourned with vote of thanks.

लायन क्लब दिल्ली साउथ ने अपनी मासिक आम सभा तृतीय सितम्बर माह के प्रथम शनिवार दिनांक 07-2013 को चैम्बर नंबर:214, जनक पूरी, नई दिल्ली-110058 पर अपने पूर्व निर्धारित सांय 04:30 बजे ईश-वंदना से शुभ-आरंभ किया! तदोउपरांत दो मिनट का मोन युवा आत्मा नविन कुमार सुपुत्र लायन मांगे राम त्यागी के लिए किया गया! जिनकी मृत्यु अचानक दिनांक 29.08.2013 को हो गयी थी, और उनके सभी परिवारजनों व उसके बहादुर पिता लायन मांगे राम त्यागी जिन्होंने जवान बेटी की दुखद मौत के बाद भी अपने सुपुत्र नविन कुमार के नेत्रों का दान डॉ. राजेंदर प्रसाद नेत्रविज्ञान केंद्र को किया! उसके लिए कृतज्ञता व सम्मान प्रदान किया गया!
