The children of this area will be able to exchange or deposit

freely, in a spirit of sharing, reading books.

Lions will provide the books as they go until the children themselves can drop the books already read to give other children some great stories.

To celebrate the World Literacy Day- September 08, 2018, the Lions Club Curepipe launched the second ‘Book Box’ at Robinson Community centre.

This project aims to "empower" Robinson residents in the exchange of books to encourage children to read. As explained to the parents present, other books will be offered by our club during the next 2 months to give them time to donate books that hang out at home. The aim is that the Booknest be gradually filled by the inhabitants / beneficiaries themselves
