Meetings

Our Clear Lake Lions recently organized the remodeling of a room at the Clear Lake Community Center for the Salvation Army Backpack Program to have as their food storage room. Our own Clear Lake School is a part of this program so our own school's food supplies will also be stored in this room, along with other schools in the county. This project is a labor of love. The Clear Lake High School students in the Technology Ed Program helped build the room by tearing down the old wall and parts of the ceiling that were worn and building a new wall and ceiling. More volunteers helped paint the room and install the door. All supplies and labor were donated.
