SERVICE PROJECTS
NORTHWOOD IN TOUCH
Our club is a satellite for Northwood In Touch, a personal response system to be used in emergencies. This unit has personal reminders that can be programmed into the unit, such as reminding the client to take medication, when a home care worker is coming, etc. As well as being a valuable service activity, this is a fund-raiser for our club as we get fees for installation and monthly maintenance per unit.

Do you have a used hearing aid or old glasses you no longer need? If so, please contact a member of our club as LIONS recycle hearing aids and eyeglasses. We have also placed boxes in several locations about Chester for easy drop off (Pharmasave, St Augustine Church)
