Lions Build New Service Club Sign
Member of the Chambersburg Evening Lions Club rebuilt one of the four service club signs that infom travellers entering the area on the major incoming routes of Rt. 11 and Rt. 30. This sign along Rt. 30/Lincoln Way East is a replacement for the one destroyed by a violent wind storm.
The Chambersburg Evening Lions Club was Chartered in 1984, dedicated to service in the Chambersburg area. Since that time we have performed innumerable projects through our H.A.N.D.S. program as well as other types of service in the area. At the same time, we join together twice a month for a meal, education, and most of all... FUN!
This web site will give you a thumbnail description of who we are and what we are about.
As with many organizations we are always searching to augment our membership with individuals interested in building a better community through learning, growing and service. In this regard we would like to extend an invitation to interested men and women to attend any of our regular meetings. For more information details about our club and our meeting, please contact any of the officers listed on the "contacts" page.
