Boston Host Lions Club, chartered in 1981, is a dedicated and diverse service club of pofessional men and women. Members are united in their commitment to the greater Boston community through service, charitable and huminatarian efforts. Our club offers a volunteer opportunity that fits every lifestyle. Whether one is looking to lend a helping hand, pursue a leadership role, be part of a committee, share talents, learn new skills, network, or make friends - being a Lion offers it all - and much more. Being a Boston Host Lions Club member enables us to make a positive impact in the lives of fellow Bostonians.

We are also the primary contact for Lions and their families visiting Boston and the vicinity. The Club has hosted Lions from every continent and many US states, and assisted with finding accommodations for those receiving medical treatment or continuing their education and hosting international students participanting in our district's Summer Youth camp. In July 2006, our members were privileged to welcome over 15,000 Lions from around the globe at the 89th Lions Clubs International Convention held here in Boston.
