AAA Lions serve the community through the following projects:

• Annual medial missions to the Philippines
• Local Metro Washington D.C. Health Screenings
• Feeding programs and backpack distribution programs to needy children in the Philippines

Our current major fund raising project is the Flea Market held at the Virginia Railway Express (VRE) Parking Lot, 6900 Hechinger Drive - from April through November each year. It is a collaborative project with the Springfield-Franconia Host Lions Club.
