The Alexander Bay Lions Club purchased and presented Canada Safety Council Baby Sitting Course material to Lisa Denty, the Community Public Health Nurse. Nurse Denty will be conducting the course for interested students of Glovertown Academy in May 2018.

Ongoing activities

1. In house Bingo every Tuesday night

2. TV Bingo every Wednesday Night.

3. 50/50 every Thursday with Firemen's Chase the Ace.

4. Bingo at the two Senior's Homes every Wednesday Afternoon.

5. Medical Supply Room for lending Wheelchairs, walkers, hospital beds,canes etc.

6. Our building is an Emergency Warming Centre, with it's own electrical power system and fully equiped kitchen.
