Whitehall Community Lions Club's ongoing Club Project is the Plastic Film Recycling Project.  There is a bin at the Whitehall Borough building where residents can deposit their plastic film.  Plastic film consists of grocery bags, bread bags, bubble wrap, cereal bags, dry cleaning bags, ice bags, newspaper sleeves, pallet bags, plastic wrap, produce bags, etc.  Please check the pictures pages for the project flyer.
