Beach Enhancement Project; The Lions club pledged $25000 in 2009 for the Grand Bend Beach Enhancement completed in 2011. The Municipality the Province of Ontario ,other service clubs like Rotary and private donations were also part of this project. The Lions club has been raising money to pay for this pledge and will soon have completed the required amount.The Beach has had a boardwalk installed, a bath house and concession stand and a children's playground. Dune grasses to protect the beach were also planted. 

Shopping Spree: The Lions Club hold a lottery for a shopping spree in a local grocery store in either May or June. This year $500 will be given to the winner as gift certificate or they can chose to shop for 2 minutes to the same value.

Purina Walk for Guide Dogs. Every May the Lions club raises money for guide dogs that are given to people who are sight impaired or have diabetes, epilesy, and autism.
