The Waikoloa Lions support the vision screenings at Waikoloa School. We sponsor the Christmas Parade with the Village Association and run the Keiki Fest with the school PTSA. We help support the after school homework center at the school. We also give out a college scholorship to a deserving high school senior. We support sports teams and other youth activities in the village.

We work on projects in conjunction with the Friends of the Library, the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), the dog park committee and other groups committed to improving the Waikoloa Village Community. We also work to improve diabetes education in the area.
