Minutes of Board Meeting
Meeting was called to order at 6:40 p.m.
- Review of Minutes from previous Board Meeting
Motion to approve by John
Seconded by Joe
- No Treasurer’s Report this month due to Wendy’s absence
- Donation to the Isle and Onamia Lions Golf Tournament - $100 to be put toward entrance fees for four golfers

- Donation to MSAB – sponsor of 5 participants at $18 each for a total of $90

- Annual dues will be submitted for 10 members. The new member is Nancy Groen.

Wendy reported on the Governor’s Meeting held on May 8th. She was our only representative at the meeting.
