Wadebridge Lions

The Lions Club is an international organisation which aims to raise funds to assist charities and individuals where most needed. This can be to relieve earthquake or typhoon victims in the Philipines or Haiti or nearer to home the flood victims in Somerset. However much of our efforts go to local deserving causes such as the Scouts & Guides. Our fund-raising efforts so far this year have taken the form of: Quizzes, monthly table top sales. Our famous Easter Egg Raffle. Most of these are annual events and we are hoping to add to these in the future. The Lions are a friendly, non religious and non political organisations which welcomes new members from all walks of life.
