SPOT Vision Screening at Day Care Facilities OR at local Elementary or Middle Schools as requested..

Eyeglass Recycling Center  monthly visits to sort and examine used eyeglasses.

Assist other clubs in Medical Clinics to assist those that cannot afford eyeglasses.

Support District Activities as needed.

Annual LAMP (Local Area Medical Project) at Salvation Army Rehabilitation Center on Virginia Beach Blvd normally the first Saturday in December every year.  We have Eye Doctors provide testing and issue free used eyeglasses to those that need them and in some cases purchase new eyeglasses for those that require more assistance.  We also do blood sugar screenings to detect possible diabetes and Hearing Testing.  Normally around 60 people are examined from 10 am until 3 pm.
