March Minutes

Meeting called to order at 7:02 pm by Samuel Leak

Members present: John Boston, Richard Bray, James Kirbach, Samuel Leak, Steve O’Dell, Bruce Paisley, Lyndell Payne, James Ringer and Greg Toppmeyer

Minutes of last meeting: James Ringer

   James Kirbach made a motion to approve the minutes. John Boston seconded. Motion passed.

Treasurer’s report: Greg Toppmeyer

Old business:

John Boston made a motion to donate $1000 to the North Mac Public schools Foundation. Lyndell Payne seconded. Motion passed.

The scholarship forms are at the school.

Sam will remind us of Meals on wheels at end of month.

New business:

Bruce Paisley made a motion to donate $100 to North Mac Moms for Easter Egg Hunt. Lyndell Payne seconded. Motion passed.

Ideas for fundraiser: Steve suggested working at a State Fair Gate. He will investigate.
