Meetings

The Vernon-Rockville Lions are asking members of our community to look for used eyeglasses so that they may be donated to the Lions Recycle For Sight program. The collected eyeglasses (including sunglasses, reading glasses & contact lenses) will be shipped to a regional Lions Eyeglass Recycling Center where they will be cleaned, categorized by prescription and prepared for distribution to those in need.

New recycling opportunity: Hearing Aids! Lions cover costs of refurbishing hearing aids for re-use by those in need and those without adequate insurance. Hearing Aids can also be placed in our Eyeglass Collection Boxes.
