Vermilion Lions Pavilion

Are you looking for a place to hold a family reunion, birthday party, retirement party, or graduation party? Look no further, the Vermilion Lions Club is here “To Serve” you. We have a beautiful secluded enclosed pavilion with a fully operational kitchen, and indoor bathrooms. Our pavilion has room for all your guests, and sits on over an acre of property for your enjoyment. You may even be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of our local deer or eagles that love flying over our pavilion. Our pavilion is located on Nicholson Rd, just south of the Lucy Idol Center. We are easily accessible from I-90 or the Ohio Turnpike, and are minutes from downtown Vermilion and the shores of Lake Erie.

RENTAL RATES

6 Hour Rental $225

All Day Rental $350

                                     Refundable Deposit $175    

Pavilion deposits shall only be refunded after an inspection of the pavilion has been made by Vermilion Lions Club Management.  The costs to repair and or clean up the pavilion may be deducted from the deposit. If the cost for repairs and clean up exceeds the deposit amount, the applicant shall be responsible for the total cost of repairs.

Renter Qualifications

Renter must be 21 years of age, and must have a valid I.D. When returning the signed contract and deposit, a copy of the renters driver’s license must accompany the contract.
