Christmas Wreaths

As in previous years, Christmas wreaths are for purchase through Doug Safar at $20 per wreath. 60 wreaths are available for purchase by members or the community and 60 wreaths will be donated to the Bridge Food Pantry for clients.

Menu: Prime rib or stuffed chicken breast, baked potato, salad, dessert and non-alcoholic beverage. Each Lions member is asked to bring new or slightly used winter mittens, gloves, hats, and scarves to give to the Bridge or distribution to their clients. Any questions, contact Lions Rain Martinson or Sandy Antonsen.

This is the first year that the Vergas Lions are sponsoring The Giving Tree in Vergas. Ornaments containing names of identified families in need will be available beginning November 21st at Ditterich's Merchantile on the Christmas tree displayed there. Help make the holidays a little brighter with your generosity for those in need. Any questions, contact Lions Deb Jacoby or Rain Martinson.
