Mentoring:
Charter President Pollyanna Lui keeps close contact with her club members. They have a lot of fun together. November 20, 2013 Chartered The Membership Has been gradually increase ffom 35 when charter in 2013 to 106 now within these 6 years .
Activities and Public Awareness:
- Under Pollyanna’s leadership, the Vancouver Legacy Lions worked together to give the needy families winter hampers with clothing, blanket and non-perishable food items. This was the club’s first service project in 2013 and has repeat to do that once again in 2014.
- The Legacy Lions welcomed and supported the Orbis Eye Team when they toured Vancouver and raised over $13,000 for them.
- She is spear heading a fund raising event to benefit oral cancer in the 2014/2015 year.
- Under her leadership, the Vancouver Legacy Lions Club donated $1,000 to the Super Typhoon Haiyan relief project of our District through LCIF.

- We were a group of seven members to Chengdu, Sichuan Southwest University in support CIEAF selected minority student to donate four years college tuition $4,000CAD 2017
- Love has no borders. Through Lions’ unconditional love, the Guangdong Lions clubs, Vancouver Legacy Lions Club with the assistance of the Lions Club of Nairobi Greater light up the Kaani Lions School in Nairobi, Kenya completed the ‘Let there be light in Africa’ (非洲送光明) project . This joint venture provided over 140 exterior and interior solar :oonslights to benefit students of this school. This lights donated improved the learning and living of the students of this school.
- Vancouver Legacy Lions Club delivered 700 hundred lunch boxes to the disadvantaged community in Chinatown Vancouver
- Vancouver Legacy Lions Club and District 383 Qingdao China Tondge Lions Club are establishing this Club Twinning .
- Vancouver Legacy Lions Club and District 380 Shenzhen China Long Hua Lions Club are establishing this Club Twinning .
- The Legacy Lions welcomed and supported the Orbis Eye Team when they toured Vancouver and raised over $2,000 for them.
- The Vancouver Legacy Lions Club's used children's shoes collection is to improve the quality of life of a third world country, Africa. We partnered with 'Care for Life Foundation ,We adopted this project and collectively collected and sent over 500 pairs of shoes to South Africa on.
- Cataracts joint service with China Qingdao Tongde Lions Club , we donated 100 cases to patients together.
- Visit Lions Club International Chicago Headquarters .
- Participate Lions Club International Chartered ,Korea, Germany, Toronto, Chicago .
