The 1st Annual Trout Creek Lions ATV Fundraiser And Poker Run

Our ROAR (Recreational Outdoor ATV Run)
starts and ends at:
The Trout Creek Community Centre 181 Main Street W, Trout Creek, ON P0H2L0.
Registration starts at 10:00AM. Winners will be annouced between 4 and 5:00PM.
Chili Dinner and Soft Drinks served from 2:00 - 5:30PM included in entry fee.
The trail ride is approx 100KM, with 3.0 to 3.5 hours of riding.

2025 PRE-REGISTRATION FORMS 2025 PLEDGE FORMS
$60 for driver on day of event or $50 with Pre-Registration (Paid with completed registration forms via e-transfer to lionstroutcreek@gmail.com) Add $20 per additional adult and $10 per child (Under 12) for riding and dinner only.
Passengers can also register in the Poker run. Pre-Registered $50 or $60 day of event
Includes Chili Dinner and Soft Drinks.
RAISE DONATIONS WITH PLEDGES $50 - $149 GETS YOU AN EXTRA CARD / OVER $150 GET YOU TWO EXTRA CARDS
*ENTRANTS WITH THE HIGHEST 3 PLEDGES WILL GET A PRIZE*
Pre-registration will begin August 1, 2025 by dowloading, completing and returning a copy by E-Mail to lionstroutcreek@gmail.com and to include a breakdown of your E-Transfer IE: 1 Registration $50 + 1 adult dinner $20
A scanned image of signed forms are accepted via Email preferred; A smart phone picture is okay if legible only, otherwise a signed copy must be brought in on the day of the event.
Pre-Registration and E-Transfers closes 5PM Friday Sept 5th! no exceptions.
