Citizen of the Year 2022 - Bob Rubino

The Tolland Lions Club is pleased to announce our Citizen of the Year for 2022, Bob Rubino. Bob has been involved in many aspects of Tolland government, from his days on the Zoning Board of Appeals, Town Council and most recently as Head Steward of the Tolland Conservation Commission. There he oversees the 19 plus parcels of Tolland's Open Space. He has been involved with Ordinance 60 [tax relief for elderly and disabled homeowners], Boy & Girl Scouts and many other aspects of community service.
