TOWN OF HAMBURG LIONS CLUB TO ONCE AGAIN COORDINATE 'KIDSPACE' AT 2022 BURGERFEST CELEBRATION IN THE VILLAGE OF HAMBURG
Members of the Town of Hamburg Lions Club will once again man the "KidSpace" activity area at Burgerfest, the annual community-wide celebration held in the Village of Hamburg.
The 2024 Burgerfest will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2024. Lions Club members supervise and assist children interested in playing games, participating in arts and crafts activities and enjoying the "bounce house" inflatable structures.
Funds raised by the Lions Club will be used for scholarships for local high school seniors who are looking to continue their academic careers in college.
TOWN OF HAMBURG LIONS CLUB PROVIDES SOME 'TLC' AT TAYLOR ROAD RECREATION FACILITY IN THE TOWN OF HAMBURG
Members of the Town of Hamburg Lions Club recently spent time providing some tender loving care to the grounds of the Taylor Road Family Recreation Facility in the Town of Hamburg.
The group visited the town-owned property on a recent Saturday morning armed with shovels, wheelbarrows, rakes and other lawn care supplies to help clean up the memorial tree park portion on the grounds, a section of which features trees that have been planted and dedicated to the memory of deceased members of the Town of Hamburg Lions Club.

TOWN OF HAMBURG LIONS CLUB TIP OFF TOURNAMENT
The 25th annual Town of Hamburg Lions Club Tip Off Tournament will be held over three days this December 13th thru 16th at Frontier High School This tournament is held each year in the fall.
The tournament is part of the club's Youth Outreach program. The games involve varsity and junior varsity basketball teams from Frontier, Hamburg, Lackawanna and Lake Shore high schools.
Money raised from the tournament will be used to help offer scholarships to local high school students looking to continue their academic career in college.
